Cancellation Policy
Unplanned situations may arise and you may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If that happens, we respectfully ask for scheduled appointments to be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
APPOINTMENTS CANCELLED WITHIN 48 HOURS (FOR ANY REASON, OUTSIDE OF IllNESS, EMERGENCIES, TRAVEL CHANGES), AS WELL AS "NO-SHOW" APPOINTMENTS WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE APPOINTMENT + 20% GRATUITY TO THE CREDIT CARD PROVIDED.
These appointment changes can be done through your confirmation email or by calling Callie directly at 609.751.1928
For your convenience, these terms are shared at the time of booking & included in all confirmation emails. You will also receive text and email reminders 72-hours prior to your appointment.
By the day of your appointment, if you are feeling ill, or have been in contact with anyone showing signs of illness (coughing/fever/etc.), you may reschedule your appointment without a cancellation fee by calling or texting 609.751.1928
To help keep our clients as safe as possible, if the skin therapist is feeling ill, been in contact with anyone showing signs of respiratory illness, or has a personal emergency, we will contact you immediately (and potentially last minute) to reschedule your appointment, and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
